These Terms of Use govern your use of wrealty.info (the “Site”), operated by Winchester Realty & Holdings, LLC (“WRHoldings,” “WRH,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Information only
The Site provides general information about WRH and our real estate development and management activities. Content may change without notice and may not always be complete or current. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Please consult your own advisors before making any real estate or investment decision.
No offer of securities
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, interest in a property, or investment. Any offering, if made, will be made only through formal offering documents, to eligible persons, and in compliance with applicable securities laws. Contacting us about partnering or investing does not create any commitment by either party.
Real estate services
Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create an agency, brokerage, management or client relationship. Any real estate brokerage, leasing or property management services we provide for properties we don’t own will be offered only as permitted under the Illinois Real Estate License Act and other applicable law, and under a separate written agreement.

Prop-Folio and other sites
Prop-Folio is a separate product made by the WRH team and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy at prop-folio.app. The Site also links to third-party websites we don’t control, and we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the Site — for example, by submitting false or unlawful information, sending spam through our forms, attempting to interfere with the Site’s operation, or trying to access systems or data you aren’t authorized to access.
Intellectual property
The WRHoldings name, WRH logo, Site design, text and graphics are owned by Winchester Realty & Holdings, LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission, except to share links to the Site.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WRH is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use the Site. It is built with accessibility in mind, including keyboard navigation, descriptive labels, readable color contrast, and support for reduced-motion settings, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
