This Privacy Policy explains how Winchester Realty & Holdings, LLC (“WRHoldings,” “WRH,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit wrealty.info (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you select (for example, investing, selling or renting) and your message.
- Project updates signup: your email address.
- Email: anything you include if you email us directly.
The Site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the Site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it.
- To send project updates you asked for. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.

Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Site and our communications. They process information only on our behalf:
- Netlify — website hosting and form submissions.
- Google Workspace — business email.
- Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on the Site, which shares your IP address with Google.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, and project-update emails until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from updates, by emailing info@wrealty.info. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor applicable requests.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to submitted information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as Social Security, bank or payment details through the Site.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, including Prop-Folio and Instagram. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.
